How to dress:

Performers should be dressed up appropriately. This means: definitely avoid jeans, sweatpants, athletic shoes and other sports clothes.

Girls : Avoid platform heels and very high heels—they make pedaling almost impossible! Dressy sandals are okay in warmer weather, but dress
.......... shoes are best. Modest length skirts and definitely avoid backless sundresses and bare midriffs. Nice slacks with a blouse or matching

Boys : Nice pants and a shirt are suitable. A tie makes you look more formal and a suit - really professional. So, your choice. Dress shoes are
